Information entered into tools
The first-release YouTube title, tags, description, hashtag, idea, outline, and title-checking tools run in your browser using local JavaScript and predefined templates. The tool input and generated output are not submitted to this website's PHP backend by those generators, and no external AI API is called.
Contact messages
If you submit the contact form, the information you provide—such as your name, email address, subject, and message—is stored in a JSON file on the website's hosting account so the site operator can respond. It is intended to be visible only through the protected admin area and should not be exposed through direct web access.
Blog administration
The private admin area uses a server-side session for authentication and security tokens for form submissions. Administrator credentials are stored as a password hash in a protected JSON file; the plain-text password is not stored. The hosting operator should protect access to the admin area and maintain backups.
Theme preference
The light/dark theme preference may be stored in your browser's local storage. It is used only to remember that visual preference and is not a server-side user account.
Hosting and server logs
The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, request time, browser details, or security logs, according to the hosting configuration and provider policies. The site operator should review those settings and update this policy if needed.
Third-party services
The first-release generators do not use an external AI API, analytics tracker, remote font service, or CDN library. The website still relies on its hosting provider to serve the pages. If external services are introduced later, this policy should be updated before those features are enabled.
Retention and requests
Contact messages should be deleted when no longer needed. The site operator should provide a process for privacy questions and deletion requests. This starter policy does not itself create an automated data-export or deletion facility for visitors.
